🔒 Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of design work:
- Booking fees are non-refundable
- No refunds are available once design work has begun
- No refunds are issued after final files are delivered
💭 Change of Mind Policy
Once final designs are approved and files delivered:
- Changes or redesign requests are not included
- Additional changes will be quoted as new work
✏️ Revision Rounds
Cover packages include two revision rounds.
Additional revisions will incur extra fees.
Approx. $50–100 per revision, depending on the change requested.
⏱️ Timeline Expectations
Typical turnaround:
- Be The Judge: 3–4 weeks
- Take A Peek: 4–6 weeks
Timeline begins once all materials and booking payment are received.
Delays in feedback or materials may extend delivery.
📋 Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Final title & author name
- Blurb & spine text
- Print specifications (if required)
- Reference or genre direction
- Concept/s and/or inspiration for your design
Delays in providing materials may affect timeline.
©️ Usage Rights
Final designs may be used by the client for book promotion and publication.
Cover It Up! retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing unless otherwise agreed.
